Method for Preparing Chicken Sweet Corn Soup
- Take a saucepan and add chicken stock to it. Boil it on a medium flame.
- Now add chicken pieces and sweet corn to it.
- Next add pepper, ajinomoto and salt to it and stir well.
- Dissolve the corn flour in little water and pour it into the mixture with continuous stirring.
- Cover the saucepan and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
- Now pour egg white gradually into the boiling soup with continuous stirring.
- Now remove the pan from the stove and pour the soup into a separate bowl.
- Your Chicken sweet corn soup is ready.
- Serve it hot.

- Chicken Stock – 4 Cups
- Egg whites – 1
- Corn Flour – 2 tbsp
