After all the hype and hubbub that centered on the creepy Steve Jobs action figure that Inicons was showing off, the company has caved to pressure. Inicons was promising that it would build the jobs action figure despite what Apple had to say.
After receiving letters from the Apple legal team and apparently the Jobs family, the man being Inicons has decided to backtrack. The company has now announced that it will not be offering the action figure after all.
The company owner says that he thinks he would be legally able to sell the action figure, but he is stopping in consideration of the family’s feelings. I say the thought of the swift and lethal decent of the Apple legal team scared the company into thinking about what it was getting into.
