What to See in Boracay

Boracay is situated in the northern region of Panay province in the Philippines. It attracts visitors from all over the world.

- The Bat Caves


It is considered to be one of the best spots for nature lovers. The trip to the Bat Caves could be arranged with local tour guides. Besides the bats there are some beautiful natural cave formations. It is quite challenging to find the way without the help of locals because the path leads through the forest as well as the stones in the cave are quite slippery. But, local guides are available in order to lead the way for a small fee.

- Famous White Beach


One of the great places to visit in Boracay is of course White Beach. In fact, a lot of people spend the most of their visit to Boracay lying on the sand on White Beach or in the pristine water. Visitors of the island will find a lot of amenities in this area including a lot of different dive spots, restaurants and resorts. As well White Beach is a great place for parties after the sun goes down due to a large number of various clubs and bars.

- Puka Beach


If you want to find lonely place, then Puka Beach is right for you. The beach takes its name from puka shells that are washed up here. You could reach Puka Beach in about 15 minutes from White Beach. This area still features its fair share of amenities like shops and restaurants.

- Mount Luho


Those people who can bear to tear themselves away from the beach for some hours will surely want to climb to the top of Mount Luho in order to rake in the incredible views of the island that could be seen from the top of the mountain. It is considered to be the highest point in Boracay and tourists could climb a precipitous road that leads from the northern end of Bulabug Beach. The road to the top of Mount Luho is in quite good condition and tourists could choose to complete the climb on foot or by the mountain bike.

- Butterfly garden


It is a great place to take a break from soaking up the sun on the beach. It is quite a popular attraction with nature lovers and botanists. Here you could find a great collection of rare plant species.
