AMD Radeon HD6990M for Hardcore Gamers Gaming Performance

AMD announced the Radeon HD6990M the developed world’s fastest mobile graphics processor only to provide massive computing power for mobile users. According to AMD, the new HD6990M 25% faster than any other mobile GPU announced amateurs. With support for AMD’s CrossFireX technology allows hardcore gamers experience gaming performance further.
On the Radeon HD6990M TeraScale 2 unified processing architecture with 1120 units for a stream processing 1.6 teraflops of computing power is based. It uses GDDR5 memory and PCI Express 2.1 x16 bus interface. The HD6990M DirectX 11 compatible, AMD Eyefinity multi-display technology, Blu-ray 3D stereoscopic 3D visualization / glasses and OpenGL 4.1. The processor has integrated via HD-audio controller.

MSI Prepares Another Low-Profile Graphics Card


MSI is reportedly preparing to launch another low-profile graphics card for the mass market in the form of the GeForce GT 220. Aimed at HTPC users, the card integrates a 40nm GT216 GPU set @ 625MHz, 48 CUDA Cores, a 64-bit memory interface, a shader clock of 1360MHz, a 512MB of DDR3 memory set @ 980MHz and an active cooling system. It also comes with D-Sub, DVI and HDMI outputs, and supports DirectX 10.1 technology. Unfortunately, there’s no word on pricing and release date yet.

Sapphire - Radeon HD6870 FleX Edition review


The first card to feature Sapphire's FleX solution for AMD's Eyefinity technology, the Radeon HD5770 FleX, went down a storm when it was launched in mid-2010. It enabled users to create a three-monitor Eyefinity setus without having to buy a monitor with the specialised DisplayPort input, or use an expensive dongle. Now that technology has been added to AMD's new Radeon HD6000 series GPUs, in the form of the Radeon HD6870 FleX Edition.
