Trax MkII Concept Watch Uses Tracks To Tell The Time

A new concept watch submitted to the TokyoFlash website this week called the Trax Mark II, has a very unique way to display the time, using a belt system of tracks, inspired by military hardware.

The time on the Trax Mark II concept watch is told by either three of four tracks. With the hours positioned on the right hand side and minutes on the left hand side of the watch face, if you can call it that.

Tokyoflash Seikatsu Koujou Kyokusen

The official My Chemical Romance store has started selling a limited-edition watch from Tokyoflash, the Seikatsu Koujou Kyokusen. For your info, Seikatsu means “Better Living” and Kyokusen means “curved line” in Japanese. The waterproof timepiece features a stainless steel buckle and a USB mini port to recharge its replaceable battery. One full charge will take 3.5 hours and each charge should last 1 month. Easy to read at a glance, a single push of the lower button displays the time. Each lit segment of the orange curve indicates one hour. The circular array of red and green lights represents minutes, while the outer circle shows time progression in groups of five minutes. The inner circle displays single minutes one to four. The Tokyoflash Seikatsu Koujou Kyokusen is priced at $125 each.
