Devices with 3D displays usually sell for premium prices. But the Gadmei T863-3D is an 8 inch Android tablet with a naked eye 3D display which sells for just $199.
I’m still not convinced there’s enough 3D content for 3D televisions, phones, or tablets to really take off — but the Gadmei T863-3D is cheap enough that you can pick one up and never use the 3D features without feeling like you wasted your money.
The Android 2.3 tablet has an 8 inch, 1280 x 768 pixel display, a 1 GHz ARM Cortex-A9 processor, and Mali 400 graphics. It has a 5 point multiotuch display, HDMI output, 8GB of storage, and a microSD card slot. It also has 802.11b/g/n WiFi, stereo speakers, and a 5,000mAh battery.
The tablet can handle 1080p HD video playback in 2D viewing mode, and it can also decode 3D images or videos.
