How to Configure RaptorVPN?

First, you need to REGISTER to SIGN UP HERE then raptorVPN (Vpn Server) will send your service password to be used later on.

You will see the RaptorVPN service password aboved.

Then you need to download software OpenVPN(Vpn Client)

As of 09/10/2011, RaptorVPN service does not anymore send the PASSWORD to your email.
With that, a user testify that the password you input in your signing up will be your password in PASSWORD.AUTH.

Download here: Raptor Final PortableVPN 2.7

THEN YOU WILL HAVE TO ADD YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS AND SERVICE PASSWORD to your raptorpass.auth FILE later on.

1. OPEN YOUR RAPTORVPN Folder

2. OPEN DATA FOLDER

3. OPEN CONFIG FOLDER

4. OPEN RAPTOR FOLDER

5. OPEN RAPTORPASS.AUTH file

6. (OPEN WITH => SELECT PROGRAM FROM A LIST)

7. Open with to your TEXT EDITOR - NOTEPAD

8.Then put your email address and service password that raptorvpn emailed you.. then SAVE.

9.Then RUN raptorfinalvpn.exe, in the system icon - right click -> choose PROXY SETTINGS

10.then choose openVPN Config-file settings since it has default file in the folder

Then right click again the system icon you may choose what modem youre using...in the screenshots above..there are 6 configurations you may choose one there.

then CONNECT ...IT WORKS!

Sometimes in the STATUS it will need "ifconfig" ...so you need to put ifconfig in your config file
format:

IPCONFIG

since smartbro has the same ip and dhcp server ip address.. you need to set other ip address(usually minus one in dhcp server) as you can see later.

REMOTE 208.42.150.122 443(raptors current working ip)

I added IFCONFIG 10.157.12.112 10.157.12.113

Where did i get this 10.157.12.113?
ANSWER: It is your HOST/GATEWAY found in executing IPCONFIG /ALL

HOW?
start -> click run-> type CMD

Then execute IPCONFIG /ALL

then i found 10.157.12.113

Then EDIT CONFIG

put IFCONFIG 10.157.12.112 10.157.12.113 below.

Something like this... then CONNECT

FOR GLOBE TATTOO USERS!
Just use the default Profile (Globe Tattoo BroadBand - PrePaid)

The default Settings of that profile is as follows:
Note: i used Mobile Broadband E153 here

Static -> APN: http.globe.com.ph
Access Number: *99***1#
in advance mode (dont make any changes unless otherwise you know what you are doing)
Authentication protocol settings: CHAP

Choose the RaptorUDP Globe -> then click Connect

You will know if you see Initialization Sequence Completed and you will see that your openvpn color is now turn into green. Of course if you can access websites to your web browsers :)
