First, you need to install Sun Broadband Wireless device by inserting the USB device. Your computer will automatically detect the device and start the installation process. You can just follow the prompt:
Welcome to the Sun Broadband Wireless Setup Wizard, Click Next to continue.
Click Browse to choose the location where you would like Sun Broadband Wireless software to be installed otherwise you may click the Next button to choose the default.
Just click the install button below.
At this point, installation files are extracted to the hard drive.
Click the Finish button as soon as Sun Broadband Wireless Setup Wizard is completed.
Congratulations! You've just completed the installation process of Sun Broadband Wireless device!
Sun Broadband Wireless dashboard configuration
You may now have Sun Broadband Wireless installed in your computer, click its shortcut icon to run the program.
From the dashboard, select Tools and click on Options.
Click on Profile Management.
At the Profile section, select Sun Broadband Standard.
Click Edit, (the far right column). For the APN, select Static.
Change "mobile" to "fbband."
Click Save, then Ok.
To get a high speed internet connection when in greater Manila area (good / strong 3G signal)
Frrom the SBW dashboard, click Tools then Options.
Click Network.
In the Network type, select WCDMA only.
Hit the button Apply and then OK.
How To Connect Sun Broadband Wireless
From the SBW dashboard, select Sun Broadband Standard from the drop-down menu.
If your browsing the internet and feel intermittent connection you can try to change your DNS setting with other DNS servers aside from your default ISPs.
