Google is predominantly known for their search engine but that doesn’t mean it’s there only product – not by a long shot. As you’re sure to know Google also has their highly popular Gmail email client and of course the Android mobile platform. Over just a few short years Android has grown to be one of the most used mobile platforms in the world and looks to continue growing at an exponential rate as time goes on.
While Google has an extensive list of hardware partners backing the platform they too have produced two different smartphones in conjunction with Samsung and HTC. While the Nexus One is becoming a bit dated the Nexus S is still very much a relevant phone even after being on the market for quite some time. Well, if you failed to get on the Nexus S bandwagon now is your chance as it was just made known that Best Buy is now offering the Nexus S for just $99 from AT&T. Of course you’re going to have to sign a 2-year contract to grab the subsidized price which may or may not be a deal breaker but for those looking to grab the phone and save some cash on signing this is great news.
